As believers, we place our trust in God. Not because everything around us is stable, but in spite of the instability we see in our country and our world. But trusting God doesn’t mean passivity. It doesn’t mean sitting back and waiting for a supernatural rescue while the world burns. God gave us authority. Dominion. Responsibility.
He empowered us through the Holy Spirit. Not just to believe, but to move.
Faith without works is dead. And too many of us are living in a dead, quiet faith while injustice runs wild, while families are broken, while the disenfranchised are ignored, and while the enemy convinces us that our silence is peace. It’s not.
This is a call to the body of Christ. To rise up. To speak truth. To advocate for the voiceless. To serve the broken. To flip tables where needed. To fight in prayer and to move with purpose. We are not waiting on power from heaven. Power has already been given within us. The Holy Spirit lives inside of you, and it’s time to walk in that truth.
Personally, I believe that the journey God has taken me on, the call to healing, to wholeness, to alignment, is so that I can show up in this fight fully equipped and fully present. Wholeness isn’t just for me. It’s for the people I’m called to serve. And I believe the same is true for you.
This country is going through dark, difficult times. But we don’t shrink back. We don’t give up. We rise. We pray. We organize. We intercede. We build. We speak. We fight.
The enemy cannot have our families.
He cannot have our minds.
He cannot have our country.
He cannot have us.
The victory is already ours in Christ. But it’s up to us to walk in it, and yes, fight for it.
Let’s take it back!
